Enkisonics Partners with Great Energy
We're proud to announce that Great Energy Pty Ltd has become the first company to fully integrate the Jarvis AI platform into their day-to-day operations — and the results speak for themselves.

Who Is Great Energy?
Great Energy is a generator services company operating across Far North Queensland and Western Australia. They deliver end-to-end generator solutions — from preventative maintenance and emergency repairs to full installations and compliance testing. They're a hands-on, field-first operation with teams on the road every day.
Why Jarvis?
Like a lot of trades businesses, Great Energy was spending a huge chunk of their week on admin — quoting, scheduling, chasing paperwork, managing compliance forms, and trying to keep on top of communication across multiple channels. AI Phone Assistant
Friday handles incoming calls, screens enquiries, takes messages, and routes urgent calls to the right team member — 24/7.
Email & Messaging
All business email and messaging flows through Jarvis. Routine correspondence is handled automatically, important items are prioritised and flagged.
Job Integration
Jarvis connects directly to Simpro to pull job data, sync schedules, and push completed forms back into the system — no double handling.
Real Results
Within weeks of going live, Great Energy saw a dramatic reduction in time spent on admin. Paperwork that used to take hours is now handled in minutes. Calls that used to go to voicemail are answered instantly by Friday. Compliance forms that used to sit in a pile on someone's desk are now completed digitally on-site and synced back to the office before the technician has left the job.
