You submit an access request telling us about your business. Our team reviews it, and if it's a good fit, we'll reach out to learn more about your operations. From there, we build and deploy your platform hands-on — configured to your exact needs.

Most businesses are fully operational on Jarvis within days, not months. We move fast — because AI makes us that fast. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of your setup and any custom apps you need built.

Not at all. Jarvis is designed to be used by anyone. The Enkisonics team handles all the technical setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. You just use it.

Never. We don't sell your data, we don't share it, and we never will. Your business data never leaves a secure environment, and you maintain full ownership and control at all times.

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. We run our own AI models on our own GPU cluster — your data doesn't get sent to third-party AI providers for processing. Privacy isn't a marketing line for us, it's an engineering constraint we build around.

DDoS protection, end-to-end TLS encryption, Web Application Firewalls, and zero-trust access controls come standard — not as add-ons. We also maintain full audit trails and human-in-the-loop review gates for AI actions.

No. We have limited onboarding capacity each month and we're selective about who we work with. Jarvis isn't a mass-market product — it's a hands-on, high-touch platform built and deployed by a dedicated team. We only take on businesses we can genuinely serve well.

We want business owners who are ready to move — not tyre-kickers, not 'maybe next quarter'. If you've got real problems eating into your day, you're ready to let AI handle the heavy lifting, and you respect the process, we want to hear from you. If you're still shopping around or just curious, that's fine — but we'll prioritise the ones who are ready to act.

You'll be placed on a short waitlist and we'll reach out as soon as we have availability. We won't rush your onboarding just to hit a number — every business gets the same quality setup, the same attention, and the same standard of delivery.

Because quality matters more than volume. Every business we onboard gets a dedicated build, custom configuration, and direct access to the team that built the platform. We'd rather do it properly for fewer clients than half-arse it for many. Our existing clients always come first.

Fair Use Policy

Yes. Every Jarvis plan includes up to 2 custom project requests per month — things like new apps, major integrations, or large feature builds. This keeps our delivery quality high and ensures every client gets the time and attention they deserve. Day-to-day support, small tweaks, bug fixes, and maintenance are unlimited.

A project request is any new build that requires dedicated design and development time — for example, a new custom app, a major system integration, or a significant feature addition. Routine tasks like updating content, fixing issues, adjusting settings, or small enhancements don't count toward your monthly limit.

No problem — just talk to us. Additional projects beyond your monthly allocation are available at agreed rates. We'll scope the work, give you a clear timeline and cost, and build it the same way we build everything else: fast, clean, and to spec.

No. Unused requests don't accumulate month to month. The allocation resets each billing cycle. This ensures a consistent, sustainable workload so we can deliver quality results to every client — not a backlog of rushed jobs.

Because we're a small, dedicated team — not a dev factory. Our existing clients always come first, and we'd rather deliver 2 outstanding projects per month than 10 mediocre ones. The fair use policy protects the quality of service for everyone on the platform.

If something is genuinely urgent — a broken integration, a time-sensitive business need — we'll prioritise it. We're not going to let your business suffer because of a policy. But we expect the same respect in return: urgent means urgent, not 'I just thought of something'.

Client Conduct & Expectations

Mutual respect. We treat every client like a partner — with honesty, transparency, and professionalism. We expect the same in return. A healthy working relationship is the foundation of everything we build together.

If communication becomes abusive, threatening, or consistently unreasonable, we reserve the right to terminate the service agreement with notice. We're here to build great technology for great people — not to tolerate behaviour that harms our team or disrupts service for other clients.

Verbal abuse, harassment, threats, repeated unreasonable demands outside agreed scope, or any behaviour that creates a hostile or unsafe working environment for our team. We're flexible, we're patient, and we'll always try to resolve issues professionally — but there's a line, and we'll enforce it.

Yes. Our terms of service include a conduct clause. If a client consistently behaves in a way that is abusive or unreasonable despite attempts to resolve the situation, we have the right to terminate the agreement. You'll receive notice and any data you own will be made available to you.

Openly and directly. If something isn't working, tell us. We'd rather have a straight conversation and fix the problem than let frustration build. We don't hide behind support tickets — you talk to real people who care about getting it right.

Support & Contact

You have direct access to the Enkisonics team. We don't use ticket queues or offshore support centres. When you need help, you talk to the people who actually built your platform.
